FAQ

A level area free of twigs, rocks and animal feces needs to be ready and available prior to our arrival. Please ensure that a clear path that is at least 4 feet wide is accessible, so if vehicles need to be moved please do so ahead of time. If the inflatable is going on grass please mow your yard a few days in advance if at all possible, this will cut down of the amount of grass that gets into the unit. Please be aware of low hanging branches and power lines, we cannot have branches rubbing the bounce house while it is in use as it will damage it.
No, as parents ourselves we understand that things happen. In the event that you need to cancel your rental we simply ask that you do so ASAP so that we have the opportunity to rent it to someone else. There will be no hard feelings.
13 x 13 bounce house 8 Children. 15 x 15 Bounce House 10 children. Combos 8 children. Slides wet or dry 1 child at a time down the slide
When it rains on your parade or literally your party or event we will do all we can to make it better. We can’t control the weather, but we can control our response to it. Since we can’t make the rain go away and come another day, we can bring the inflatables another day. If 2/3 of your day is rained out or there is a 40% chance of rain or higher, we will issue a rain check valid for one year or issue you a refund minus $25 which ever is required. Rain checks will be subject to availability.

Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 100 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. If paying with a credit card a 4% surcharge will be added to the total.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt or concrete. Sorry, we can´t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumpers.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds, spraying the unit with silly string or allowing sharp objects in or near the unit just to name a few) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you read and sign our liability waiver so that you can be the trained operator.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1- 2 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call a few days before to confirm that someone will be at the party location. Please provide a solid contact number that someone can answer at any time, we will not deliver if we can’t get a response from the renter.
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you may need a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, some parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day. Also some parks require a verification of insurance from us before they will rent you the pavilion. This is not a problem and we are happy to provide it but please contact us ahead of time to get it prepared. The Town Of Smyrna requires this every time at every park.
